Helpdesk
We all need a helpdesk, in fact Limbtec provides this service for a lot of small businesses in and around Plymouth. What about larger companies?
Some larger companies may have someone who does a little IT Support in house, then outsource some of the more complex jobs to companies like ourselves.
Some companies have have dedicated IT Staff, between 9-5.
We have a solution to help all of these people, it is based on the same software we use to maintain our helpdesk, and can be configured so that if a ticket is raised out of normal hours (or maybe when the IT Staff is on holiday), or if it is a certain item instead of wasting time in a helpdesk queue it can be posted straight through to us.
